White bags of all shapes, sizes and prices
I'v gotten a couple email requests about white bags so I'm going to try to pull up some suggestions all in one post. I always ruled out white bags for myself as too risky since they could get dirty fast. I tend to bang up my bags, so white seemed to be asking for trouble. But not only is white going to be big this spring, but I've also found myself keeping an eye out for winter white this season. So for all seasons, you can't go wrong with white.

*Lastly, my favorite of the white bags Shadow play hobo from Anthropologie

That Fiorucci bag is on clearance at Target now for $17. I did not see the braided white in the store, but they have metallics and a studded cream-colored Fiorucci bag. Not a bad buy at all.

The Banana Quilted Leather Hobo by Marc Jacobs is a must at Niemans if you want pure luxury. It does come with a luxury price tag too! It's a beauty though!

In white, I love the Melissa by The SAK, which has a pearly, almost metallic hue (a nicer take on the basic white); only $61.95 at Shoebuy.com (http://www.shoebuy.com/sb/s.jsp?Style=134453).
I also like the series of Milano white bags by Jack Georges that are basic white with little hints of color here in there. They are a little more pricey, but you can never go wrong with an Italian leather bag. You can see all of them at Shoebuy.com (http://www.shoebuy.com/jack-georges-luggage.htm)

All last summer I had to have a white bag, but I just couldn't find the "right" bag. Now I find all your links...but I want a colorful (kelly green or funky purple) bag.
I'll hold on to the links though...I might change when the sun gets warmer!

I have been trying so very hard to find an ivory/ butter colored tote bag with zippers on the front of the bag. I should have asked the girl carrying it who made it! It may have had a breaided handle and was a little slouch!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I really like the Shadow play hobo, that's exactly the kind of bag I like but it's too expensive. Is there any bag that looks like this one at a better price?
